Slower and developing group OOS runners meet with Helen Hollingworth and/or Daniel Levers usually (WhatsApp-ask for an intro )
Faster group OOs runners likewise WhatsApp with John Massingham -ask for an intro
Sasha Gallacher, Bob Rowland, James Joiner, Keith Storey and others will also be meeting at times- same procedure.
Middle group (sometines fastish, sometimes slowish, depends on what's needed) usually Pete Humphries and or Neil Shaw

Option 6-7 mile run at Conisbrough (am time) offered. Meet near castle, run via wood (a bit, too wet later on) round Levitt Hagg quarry top to Warmsworth, Sprotborough, return on transpennine trail to Conisbrough viaduct, cross and back to meet point.. More detail later
