Welcome to the statistics section of the site
This page accesses the database of members which
holds records of occasions on which they have represented RHAC[*], or are
officially listed as organising or assisting at events, or introducing new
members to the club.
*ALL EVENTS ARE VALID: the only requirements are that you enter as a
member of RHAC and perform in a club vest at an event which has other clubs or
their members competing.
There will be some errors and omissions- which
is the reason this database is available here for inspection
Don't be annoyed at errors- they are inevitable; just let me/us know
UPDATING IS MOST LIKELY TO BE CARRIED OUT AT 'NEWSLETTER TIME'
Notify me or the club secretary of any
additions, corrections or deletions that you consider should be made
You can tell which events are included by the tab "events" at
bottom left. All events are valid after 18/10/07 (AGM date)
The "reserve" tab holds names from events where someone is
quoted as RHAC but is not in my official list. There could be different reasons
for this: new members, old lapsed members, data errors (name spelled wrongly
etc), simple error on our part etc etc. Tell us.
Please note: you cannot change information on this database even though your web browser might invite you to do so.
[Let me know if a technical guide is needed] The database is a searchable Excel file: you need to allow macros in order to use it fully but it should be usable in any case. Users who cannot open or use the database are welcome to contact me for assistance. Please note that the password will change from time to time and general notification will be in the paper version newsletter. (This is only very trivial protection to keep out the casual public visitor.)

challenged to log in again-- you can simply cancel that demand if you
are)
Click the tab on the drop-down row (on yellow) to select what you want to see eg
'description' for a particular event
Click the 'show all' button to get the full list back (you might get an error
message if it's already showing all, but it won't do any harm)
The database does not hold detail of your performance eg time
