No two people are the same, but some of this advice may apply
Look at all the parts in this website section
• If you really have never run before, or not since your schooldays try the couch-to-5k course
• If you recently did the couch course, try the 6.30 runners
• If you are making a comeback, or from another area or club, look at a faster 6.30 group
• Movement between groups in either direction, or in/out of dedicated training, is encouraged
