The composition of our groups is never fixed until the 6.30 moment arrives; a particular runner might spend a long time with one suitable group but there is always room for FLEXIBILITY between groups
Some members swap on a fairly regular basis, and how fast or how far you want to run does depend on a number of factors, viz.
• your health at the time,
• whether you have recently raced, or soon will,
• if you have any injury issues,
• what your recent effort has been like,
• other commitments eg time
and so on
