Enclose SAEs (minimum A5 / 230×160 mm - if larger use Large stamp).  Unless indicated (top left corner of envelope), the first SAE will be used for confirmation, details, race letter for each team member (sent in November, up to 25th), with the 2006 description of route and map for first-time entrants or if requested.  If provided, second SAE will be used for results. If no SAE is supplied, it is assumed you will get any information you require from the website and collect race letters on the day.

Retirement must be reported to an official at a checkpoint or the Event Centre. Entries can only be accepted subject to these conditions.
