Note: This form is limited by certain operational restrictions. One feature is that if you press the return key, the form will be submitted, even if incomplete. Some checks are made, e.g. to ensure you have given your name and contact information.  You may also need to enable Javascript for the page to submit; if you have any problems, please e-mail me. (N.B., The e-mail address contains a spurious NOT that human respondents can remove.  I may not be able to help, but can at least send an e-mail to be filled in rather than the form entry.)

(b) Payments can most easily be made by NOCHEX (instant payment)  Registration is not necessary.  Payment by Paypal can be accepted but involves higher charges so is discouraged.  Please do NOT enter using this form unless you are prepared to pay electronically - otherwise it causes confusion.

(c) A number of changes have had to be incorporated to abide by UK:athletics rules, applicable through the TRA registration.  Because of how the levy works, we can now absorb the levy for relay teams, giving a standard fee of £20. Until now most have been affiliated and the 2005 formula was confusing.

Significant changes will be e-mailed to entrants as far as possible
