The national BMA Relays, annually held at Sutton Coldfield, went virtual this year: teams were assembled by the organisers from submitted verified 5k times.
RHAC vets organiser Ian Whyman submitted two men’s teams at M35-44 , and two ladies’ W35-44 teams. All took part in their solo 5k leg between 14-20th June, the route had to be either a Looped/multi route or out and back course with start and finish in same place to help minimise any downhill course sections. There were over 4000 individual entries and great runs from all the Harriers. The ladies A team were 5th overall and the men a highly creditable 20th
